I try to visit the famed Brasserie Cantillon in Brussels at least once a year, which lately means at least every other trip to Belgium. My last two visits were in December 2012, and November 2013. Even though I have visited the brewery over a dozen times, the beer continues to amaze, and visits never get old.
Here is some photographic eye candy for beer lovers, from my December 2012 visit. I visited on a day when brewmaster Jean Van Roy was filling casks with Iris, batch 8.
