The second edition of the “Brussels Beer Challenge” will be held in Liege (Luik in Dutch) from November 1 to 3. In the BBC’s first year, in Brussels, 500 beers from sixteen different countries were tasted and judged by 40 international beer experts.

The aim of The Brussels Beer Challenge is to bring a prominent international competition to Belgium. Of the 40 judges last year, only two were from the U.S.A. This year’s Challenge promises to be even better than the first, which was said to be very well-run.

Deadline for beer entries is October 15th, and deadline for beer delivery is October 25th.

On Sunday November 3, the winners will be announced.
